Our villa is located in Kissimmee, Florida, just ten minutes from Disney Land and other attractions,

many nearby restaurants and a short walk to the local supermarket.

Set in an exclusive small development of executive homes, our villa boasts a south facing oversized swimming pool that backs on to the orange groves so your privacy is never compromised. This luxury furnished home can accomodate up to eight people, with every modern convenience provided for.

• A 15 x 30 pool with extended decking area, backs on to an orange grove making this ideal for privacy.

• The home is furnished to a 5 star standard comprising of:-

• 2 master queen bedrooms with ensuite, with TV’s in both of the rooms. The third room is ideal for children with a themed room and the fourth is a twin room with TV.

• The very large family room has a two and three seater sofa, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi and surround sound with Cable TV with patio door leading to pool area.

• Adjacent to the family room is the kitchen, fully equipped with cooker microwave oven, dishwasher and large fridge freezer with ice-maker. Just off the kitchen is the utility room comprising of washing machine and tumble-dryer, iron and ironing board and the dining room.

• Downstairs bathroom has a WC and wash-hand basin which also leads out to the pool area making it convenient for all the family.
